Pitchly (“Pitchly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a roofing measurement and estimating tool for iOS. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have. Pitchly is built to work with minimal personal data — most of what you enter stays on your device.

1.Information We Collect

Pitchly is designed to function without requiring an account. The information involved in using the app falls into these categories:

Project data you enter — measurements, material selections, and project names you create are stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. We do not receive or store this content on our own servers.
Purchase and subscription information — when you subscribe, purchase details (such as product identifier, transaction date, and subscription status) are processed by Apple and by our subscription management provider, RevenueCat, on our behalf. See Section 3.
Basic app diagnostics — anonymized crash and performance data may be collected through Apple’s standard App Analytics, if you’ve opted in at the operating-system level. We do not operate our own separate analytics or advertising trackers.

2.How We Use Information

We use the information above only to:

Provide and maintain the app’s core calculating, saving, and PDF export features
Validate and manage active subscriptions and free trials
Diagnose and fix crashes or performance issues
Comply with legal obligations where applicable

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your project data for advertising.

3.Third-Party Services

Pitchly relies on the following third parties to operate:

Apple, Inc. — handles App Store purchases, subscription billing, and, if enabled, anonymized diagnostics. Governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat, Inc. — manages subscription status and entitlements on our behalf, and receives an anonymous device identifier and purchase-related data needed to do so. Governed by RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.

Pitchly does not use your camera, precise location, or contacts, and does not request access to them.

4.Data Storage & Security

Project data you create is stored locally on your device and, if you have iCloud backup enabled at the system level, may be included in your device’s encrypted backups. We take reasonable measures to protect information transmitted to our service providers, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5.Your Choices

You can delete any project directly within the app at any time, which removes it from your device. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app removes all locally stored project data from that device.

6.Children’s Privacy

Pitchly is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7.Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
